The Mawson Centre Board of Management (BoM) is the mechanism for ensuring that the general performance of The Mawson Centre is regularly reviewed against its community intent and emerging issues are managed. It is responsible for ensuring that the interests of all key stakeholders are protected.

Terms of Reference and The Mawson Centre Memorandum of Understanding and Commitment Deed govern the activities of The Mawson Centre Board of Management with a member representing each of the key stakeholder groups. The BoM is the critical communication channel between The Mawson Centre and relevant stakeholder groups.
