The Mawson Lakes Garden Club is open to all and created to share and improve the knowledge of the plants and the environment and to provide garden orientated social events and fun filled activities. Its a club for anyone interested in gardens or gardening. Public meetings are held on the fourth Tuesday from February to November at 7.30pm in room 2.03 at the Mawson Centre (a gold coin donation is appreciated). Membership is just $20 per year. Held the third Thursday of each month between 7.30pm and 9.30pm, members also have an opportunity to participate in the club’s photography exhibition at The Mawson Centre in October 2014.
